Invite your love over (tell her you need her help with something, its important), and have dinner pre-done, a bottle of red wine, a mix tape of jazz in the bkgd. Candles unlit, cause she should be there when you light them up.
From the moment she walks into your place, she should already start sensing the mood to be different than what you told her she was coming for. Before she can saying anything, tell her, that you lied, because you wanted to surprise her. You lied cause you wanted to put that smile of lust on her face. You lied because you needed her heart to start skipping to the beat of the mood I am about to set tonight. She most likely will be speechless, which is a good thing, cause if she is laughing at you, you either have the wrong girl loving you, or you are in love with her and she is not. After the brief talk, take her to the kitchen, and ask her to help you cut the salad. There is nothing like creating some love with food. Oh don’t forget to light up those candles with her.
